Mine was hot grease. I'm Dave Leach, founder of Beignet Cafe. I started my business during the pandemic with a homemade bicycle coffee cart and grew it into a six-figure mobile food business in NYC. Now I'm hitting the streets to talk with other entrepreneurs about what they're building—and what's getting in their way.
