We are looking for a creative, motivated, dependable individual who is interested in growing their skills in photography, videography, content creation, and editing. This is not a one time shoot. We are looking for someone who has the potential to grow into our long term personal photographer/videographer and trusted go to camera person for ongoing creative projects. The right candidate does not need to be an expert. We are open to a student, emerging creative, self-taught photographer/videographer, or someone actively building their skills and portfolio. We are looking for someone who is humble, a fast learner, open to direction and feedback, reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely interested in improving. Projects may include: • Individual and couple photoshoots • Instagram Reels and TikTok content • YouTube videos • Fashion and lifestyle content • Website and personal brand photography • Music-related content and music videos • Behind the scenes footage • Product photography and videos • Content for fashion and creative businesses • Editing photos and videos We want someone who is interested in learning how to identify the best angles, improve lighting and framing, understand different creative styles, take direction, and develop stronger photography, filming, and editing skills over time. The schedule will vary depending on current projects. Some days may involve photographing and filming personal content, Reels, TikToks, or website photos. Other days may focus on music content, YouTube videos, fashion content, product photography, or bts footage. Sessions may be several hours and may occur multiple days per week. A schedule will be created in advance with the planned dates, approximate hours, and project focus. Applicants should have flexible availability and be able to commit consistently to scheduled creative sessions. The role will begin with a two week internship and evaluation period. During this period, we will evaluate reliability, punctuality, communication, creativity, ability to take direction, willingness to learn, progress, professionalism, trustworthiness, and overall fit. Candidates selected for an interview will receive additional details regarding the schedule, expectations, internship period, and potential opportunity to transition into an ongoing paid role. Initial interviews will be conducted virtually through Google Meet or Zoom. Candidates selected for the position will be required to sign a confidentiality and non disclosure agreement before working with private, personal, behind the scenes, or unreleased content.
