Looking for a Production Assistant for on-call support. There are no set days or fixed schedule, but work is ongoing and you'll most likely be contacted weekly depending on needs. This is a true PA role — tasks vary and require someone who understands production flow and can assist without micromanagement. Typical PA-style tasks may include: • Running errands / lockups / pickups • Sign placement and breakdown • Assisting with setup and prep • Handling small logistics that come up day-of • General "whatever is needed" production support Compensation: Per Task (local / under 2 hours) $40 – $60 Half Day (up to 5 hours) $120 – $150 Full Day (7–8 hours) $160 – $180 Hourly (if needed) $20 – $25 / hr Gas Stipend (when driving required) $10 – $20 flat Notes: • Rates confirmed before each assignment • Long-distance or return-trip tasks are booked as half-day or full-day.
