We are currently casting "Network Captains"—talented UGC creators, videographers, and on-camera hosts—to act as the face and lens of our city-specific guides. THE ROLE: We are not looking for amateur vloggers. We are looking for production talent who wants to plug into an established distribution machine. As a Network Captain, your sole operational responsibility is to produce and deliver two (2) high-quality, 60-second raw vertical videos per week. Content Focus: High-end restaurant reviews, neighborhood relocation guides, hidden local gems, and boutique hotel walkthroughs. Workflow: You shoot the raw footage and provide the on-camera hook. You drop the .mp4 files into our shared cloud drive. We handle 100% of the backend editing, SEO, distribution across 5 platforms, and lead routing. THE DEAL STRUCTURE (Digital Equity & Rev-Share): This is not an hourly W-2 gig. This is an independent contractor, digital real estate partnership. We provide the digital storefront; you provide the inventory. 50/50 Revenue Split: You receive 50% of all backend platform monetization (YouTube AdSense, etc.) generated by the channel. Centralized Affiliate Real Estate: You get a dedicated, permanent slot in our high-traffic Linktree routing hub for your own Amazon Influencer storefront or personal physical product links. Lead-Gen Bonuses: Performance incentives available based on high-ticket localized lead generation (real estate/hospitality). REQUIREMENTS: Pro-Grade Gear: You must shoot on a dedicated DSLR/Mirrorless camera OR a late-model flagship smartphone (iPhone Pro / Samsung Ultra). Crisp Audio: You must use a dedicated wireless lavalier mic (e.g., DJI, Rode) or professional shotgun mic. Bad audio is an immediate disqualifier. Local Authority: You need to know your city intimately and possess a confident, engaging on-camera presence. Reliability: Ability to consistently hit the two-videos-per-week delivery cadence.
