NEW'S_COOL – On-Camera Host / Social Personality Independent production casting an energetic On-Camera Host / Social Media Personality for an upcoming shoot of NEW'S_COOL, a scripted vertical comedy series created for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. We're looking for someone who feels natural, charismatic and immediately engaging on a phone screen. You do NOT need to have traditional hosting experience. Actors, content creators, influencers, comedians, personalities, and people who are simply very comfortable talking to camera are encouraged to submit. The Host will interact with cast members throughout a Creator House / pool event, conduct quick interviews, introduce challenges and help create spontaneous social-style content. This should not feel like a polished TV presenter or news anchor. We want someone fun, quick, conversational and comfortable improvising when appropriate. Shoot: Saturday, September 12, 2026 Location: Los Angeles area Rate: $250/day Length: One shoot day Status: Non-union Payment: Wrapbook, within 30 days Local hire only — no travel or lodging provided The production will be shot primarily in vertical format on iPhones, with a fast-moving social-content style. To submit: Please send your name, recent photo/headshot, location, and links to any relevant on-camera work or social media. Most importantly, include a short 20–30 second vertical video introducing yourself directly to camera. Phone video is completely fine — we're more interested in your personality and camera presence than production quality. Please include "NEW'S_COOL HOST" in the subject line.
