The kind that comes from a parent being interviewed at the park, a founder saying something true on camera, or a comment thread that turns into a full-blown conversation because you know exactly how to fan that flame. What You'll Do: • Dream up content concepts that feel discovered, not produced. Think park interviews, founder moments, real parent stories, unscripted and alive. • Plan and execute batch content sessions so we are always ahead, never scrambling. • Film and edit short-form video primarily for TikTok and Instagram. • Help shape how our founder shows up on camera and in the feed. Her voice is already strong. You help it land. • Run all posting, scheduling, and platform management. • Live in the comments. Turn one-word replies into full conversations. Build threads. Pull people in. Engagement is not a task on your list, it is your superpower. • Grow our community the same way we always have: by being real, being useful, and being impossible to scroll past.
