# PAID BRIDAL CASTING — GLP-1 STORY | $300 **Your wedding dress was part of your dream day. Then your body changed. We'd love to hear your story.** Are you getting married soon? Did you purchase your wedding dress before losing weight while using a GLP-1 medication—and now the dress fits differently than it did when you first tried it on? If you're navigating alterations, considering a size exchange, or exploring a different dress, your experience could help tell an important story about the changing realities of wedding planning. KBS, South Korea's national public broadcaster, is seeking a bride-to-be for a paid television documentary exploring how GLP-1 medications and changing clothing sizes can affect everyday life, wedding shopping, and the bridal industry in America. The documentary will air in South Korea. **BRIDE PARTICIPATION FEE: $300** ## WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We'd love to hear from you if: - You are engaged and preparing for your wedding. - You have used a GLP-1 medication as part of your weight-loss journey. - You purchased your wedding dress before losing weight, and its fit has changed. - You are considering alterations, a size exchange, or trying on a different wedding dress. - You are comfortable sharing your experience of wedding shopping, fitting challenges, costs, and changing plans. - You would be open to filming at the bridal boutique where you purchased your dress, the alteration shop you actually use, or another bridal business already involved in your wedding preparations, subject to the business owner's permission. ## WHAT WE HOPE TO FILM We want to document your **real wedding-dress experience**, following the situation you are actually navigating—not create a staged or artificial scenario. Depending on your circumstances, filming may include: - Your personal story and how your wedding preparations have changed. - An interview at the bridal boutique or alteration business you already use. - A fitting of your existing dress, an alteration fitting, or a fitting of another dress you are genuinely considering, depending on your situation. - A brief interview with the boutique owner, manager, or alteration professional about your actual experience and the practical challenges of bridal fittings when a bride's sizing needs change. **Your existing wedding arrangements come first.** We will coordinate with you about your actual boutique or alteration provider and seek the business's permission before filming. The business does not have to agree to participate, and its interview and filming permission must be confirmed separately. We will not ask you to invent a fitting problem, arrange a purchase you were not already considering, or buy a new dress or pay for alterations for the sake of filming. The anticipated filming session is approximately one hour, coordinated in advance with you and the business. ## COMPENSATION & DRESS EXPENSES - **Bride participation fee: $300** - The production will not pay for dress alterations, exchanges, a replacement dress, or other wedding expenses. - You will not be asked to purchase a new dress specifically for filming. ## FILMING DETAILS **Target dates:** Saturday, November 7, or Sunday, November 8, 2026. **Location:** New York City, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, and nearby Connecticut communities. ## YOUR STORY MATTERS Every bride's experience is different. We are interested in the real-life decisions, unexpected challenges, and personal moments behind your wedding preparations—not a scripted testimonial or a predetermined conclusion. You do not need to endorse or criticize GLP-1 medication. We simply want to understand your experience, in your own words. ## INTERESTED? PLEASE REPLY WITH: 1. Your first name and general location. 2. Your wedding date or approximate wedding month. 3. Which GLP-1 medication you used, if you are comfortable sharing. 4. When you purchased your wedding dress and how its fit has changed. 5. Whether you are considering alterations, an exchange, or trying on a different dress. 6. Whether you have an upcoming fitting, alteration appointment, or bridal shop visit. 7. The name or general location of the bridal boutique or alteration business you already use, if you are comfortable sharing. 8. Whether you would be comfortable with an on-camera interview and filming at that business, subject to its permission. 9. Your availability on November 7 or 8. Please do not send medical records, prescription documents, or other sensitive medical information in your initial response. Thank you for considering sharing your story!
