We are hiring a full paid team for a women's networking event taking place Saturday August 8, 2026 in Atlanta. This is a one day event bringing over 50 guests together for panels, workshops, wellness activation, a vendor marketplace and more. We are looking for experienced, professional and reliable people who know how to execute a high touch event. ROLES WE ARE HIRING FOR: Event Organizer / Production Lead Experienced coordinator who can manage run of show, timing, vendor flow and problem solve in real time. Event Production Crew Setup, breakdown, load in and load out, staging, signage, room resets between programming blocks. Mobile Bartender (licensed and insured) Full bar service for a 50+ guest event. Must have current permits and be able to provide a COI. Nonalcoholic and mocktail service also included. Event Staff / Floor Team Check in, guest services, ushering, marketplace support, VIP lounge support, general floor coverage. Atlanta Content Creators Photo and video creators who can capture the day, shoot short form vertical content, and deliver quick turnaround assets for social. Must have your own gear and a portfolio. Setup & Décor Team Hands on support with staging, tablescapes, signage placement and overall room styling. REQUIREMENTS: Must be available Saturday August 8, 2026 for the full day OR for setup and/or breakdown. Must be Atlanta based or able to get to 30318 reliably. Must be professional, punctual and comfortable working in a fast moving environment. Prior event, hospitality or production experience strongly preferred.
