TARA — LEAD — Female, late 30s, South Asian A demanding, emotionally charged lead role for an actor who can carry silence, grief, desire, and danger. Tara is controlled, intelligent, and deeply guarded — a woman who has spent months caring for her terminally ill husband. When someone from her past re-enters her life, unresolved desire and grief begin to blur, unlocking something darker, stranger, and more primal. This is a performance-driven role requiring emotional depth, intensity, and trust in a highly collaborative process. Project contains mature themes, horror violence, and intimacy.
