We're Echo Bloom, an NYC art-rock band based in Westchester, but rehearsing/playing in the city. We've got an album out and a busy fall ahead — radio promo, a run of shows, and more singles — and we need a sharp, organized, music-loving person to help keep it all moving. What you'd help with: Assembling and mailing radio promo packages, and keeping a clean, accurate contact spreadsheet (detail is everything here — a wrong address is a wasted package) Reaching out to venues and bands to help book fall shows (you'd act as our booking coordinator in those conversations) Bonus: social media / content ideas You might be a fit if: You're genuinely organized and detail-oriented You have some experience with, or a real interest in, music and/or visual art You can write a clear, professional email Bonus: you're in Westchester or nearby — we can do in-person work sessions and knock things out together Bonus: you've got good social instincts Details: Part-time (~10 hrs/week), $20/hour, flexible, mostly remote with occasional in-person sessions.
