My mother recently broken her shoulder and is recovering well! We're looking for someone (can even be a couple people alternating) to come by her UWS apartment 3-5 days a week to make sure she's keeping her PT appointments, help prepare her dinner (not so much cook, put away the groceries she orders from Fresh Direct, help her figure out her TV when the remote turns on her (i.e., push the input button), help her when her iPhone drives her crazy and she screams at it, and listen to her glorious stories about her live as a triple thread! She will repeat them as her short-term memory is not great. And she'll even give you tips if you happen to be an actor with auditions, etc. This person can also help take Mom to lunches and dinners and doctor's appointments in Lyfts. And was hoping for someone who's somewhat close to 79th and B'way. This is an amazing gig for someone looking to soak up the experience and history of someone who has been on Broadway (on stage and off) for many years. Please write to me with short answers to these two questions: 1. What experience do you have to make you a good personal assistant? 2. Why would you want to help an actress, performer in particular?
