PART-TIME VIDEOGRAPHER / EDITOR – YouTube & Social Media Content Must be available: anyday, anytime Location: Vancouver / Lower Mainland Position: Part-Time / Freelance Compensation: Paid per shoot/project, depending on experience We are looking for a talented, reliable part-time videographer who also knows how to edit to work with us on a new YouTube and social media content project. The content will focus on interesting brands, people, places and experiences, including: Restaurants & food Fashion & clothing Luxury & lifestyle Hotels & travel Cars Activities Entertainment & events Interesting businesses and entrepreneurs Products and experiences What we're looking for: Own professional-quality camera equipment Experience shooting video for YouTube and social media Strong understanding of lighting, framing and audio Ability to capture interviews and lifestyle/B-roll footage Video editing skills are required Comfortable editing both horizontal YouTube videos and vertical Reels/Shorts Good understanding of pacing, music, graphics and storytelling Reliable, organized and professional Creative eye and ability to make businesses/products look great Comfortable working independently on location The job: You may be working with one or two hosts to film content at restaurants, businesses, events, hotels, fashion locations and other interesting destinations. A typical project could involve: Shoot → Edit YouTube video → Create short-form clips → Deliver finished content We are looking for someone who can eventually become our go-to videographer/editor for ongoing projects. This is not necessarily a full-time position. We expect to start with part-time/freelance projects, with the potential for regular ongoing work for the right person. Ideal candidate: We're looking for someone who is creative, fast, dependable and understands social media content. Experience with YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok or commercial/lifestyle content is a strong plus.
