Looking for a pawn shop exterior for a feature film shooting in Los Angeles. WHAT WE NEED: Exterior only — no interior filming Visible neon signage ("Cash 4 Gold" / "Loans" type look) Parking lot where we can film inside a car looking at the storefront A few hours at night (after business hours is fine) THE SCENE: A father and son sit in a parked car. The father goes inside the pawn shop, comes back out. All interior action is shot through the windshield from outside — we don't need to film inside your store. THE PROJECT: DECEMBER is a SAG micro-budget feature — a Latino family Christmas drama. Self-financed, professional crew, real production. THE DATE: One night between Jan 20–30, 2026. Flexible on which night. 2-3 hours max. COMPENSATION: Small location fee (negotiable). Happy to provide signage credit, social media mention, or work out a trade. If you own or manage a pawn shop in the LA area and are open to this, let's talk. Thanks.
