Harlem Print Magic is seeking a highly organized, creative, and dependable Personal Assistant with strong social media and marketing skills. This role supports both business and personal projects within a fast paced, multi faceted creative lifestyle. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with social media marketing and personal brand promotion. No degree required. You will help market a creative professional in the entertainment space including music, dance, acting, and a self published book. Responsibilities include • Social media marketing and content support • Assisting with personal and business scheduling • Familiarity with AI music tools and video editing software • Supporting short form content creation and promotion • Managing and assisting with short term rental listings Bonus skills • Experience with short term rentals such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, or similar platforms • Helping keep multiple Manhattan units and a Pennsylvania vacation home fully booked Additional duties • Running errands as needed • Light organizing and straightening of work or living areas when necessary
