Perfect condition / never used Tripod or LiteStand I have no use for it. Found it while cleaning out a garage. No case or carrying bag, unfortunately, hence the low price. Retail for $120: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/42137-REG/Photoflex_LS_B2214_LSB_2214_Medium_Weight_LiteStand.html/?ap=y&ap=y&smp=y&smp=y&store=420&smpm=ba_f2_lar&lsft=BI%3A6879&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid= show contact info &gbraid=0AAAAAD7yMh31ALTPkkgdr-0-tTUV9IAea&gclid=CjwKCAjwhqfPBhBWEiwAZo196uRi0r5EmJ2g5zb9vji4uREF56OiO7JEIyAN47-l_oB4muAfnYSALxoCO2cQAvD_BwE
