Please read the full ad before applying. We are a youth sports photography company specializing in team and individual photos (no action shots or video required). We're looking for photographers to join our team for weekend work capturing posed team and individual photos. Requirements: Must own a DSLR camera with an appropriate lens (e.g., 28-70mm, 35-70mm, or 30-55mm—no long lenses). NO VIDEOS CAMERA NEEDED FOR THIS JOB A flash is required (we can provide one if needed). Must have a reliable car for transportation. Ability to work early mornings (as early as 5 AM on some weekends). Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where the focus is on engaging kids and getting great smiles. Job Details: Seasonal weekend work (mostly Saturdays, some Sundays). Shoots typically last 6-10 hours (minimum 4 hours of guaranteed pay). Pay starts at $20.00 per hour (plus overtime if applicable). Mileage reimbursement at .50 per mile. Flexible scheduling, you can choose to work just a few gigs or up to 30-40 per week. Shoots take place throughout Southern California, but we try to accommodate your preferred travel limits.
