Topics will include SWers, femme dommes, high-end escorting, misogyny in the workplace, safety, civvie relationships, stigma, and the dangers and benefits associated with the industry. My goal is to create a platform centered around awareness, education, and honest conversations. I believe every woman deserves protection, regardless of her occupation. I've been a wife & still thought it was SW, I'm also a sprinkle sprinkle girlie you must align with those views to be eligible. About the Role: I am looking for a woman to co-host, perhaps even a core 4 group of women to join me: all must be age 25+, who is confident, personable, open-minded, and comfortable discussing mature and potentially controversial topics. You do not need professional podcasting or YouTube experience. I am primarily looking for someone with the right personality, shera7 devotee, shared perspective on leveraging beauty in your benefit, and ability to have engaging conversations. Topics We Discuss: (feel free to share ideas, this isn't a dictatorship) Different forms of SW (midnight ballerina, findomme, full service, SBs) Safety, personal security, screening Recognizing red flags/ dangerous situations Benefits &challenges of being a woman in the industry Civvie Dating/ relationships Aspiring trophy wife/kept woman vs full service worker Privacy/ maintaining boundaries Stigma surrounding the industry Mental/emotional challenges Resources and support for women in the Reddit community Ideal Candidate - I am looking for someone who: Most importantly Is comfortable discussing these topics unapologetically and without fear of being judged for having high standards. Is confident and willing to become comfortable on camera Has a naturally engaging personality/ Can hold an intelligent conversation Is open-minded and nonjudgmental - this is a 304 safe space Can discuss controversial subjects unapologetically Dolly Parton/ shera7 approach to beauty. Is interested in women's safety and empowerment Is reliable and able to commit to filming 3x/week minimum Respects confidentiality and personal boundaries Has their own opinions, experiences, and perspectives to contribute Experience in adult entertainment is necessary. Sharing your story is welcome, but this isn't a gossip or exposure channel and I'm not interested in exploiting anyone's personal experiences for content. Production: I will handle all editing/ post-production. I'm not too tech savvy, but I have a vision! The channel will start with humble beginnings. This is a ground-up project, so filming may initially be simple and low-budget while I establish the channel, audience, and brand. The goal is to grow the platform/ reach audiences rather quickly hence filming episodes 3x/wk. Clips will be put on TikTok so expect to go viral. This is currently an unpaid position: There is no guaranteed compensation at launch. I am being transparent about this because I am starting the channel from the ground up. Any woman applying should be comfortable participating on a volunteer basis while the project is being established. Once we reach monetization level we can discuss the split.
