We're looking for a skilled podcast editor to join our post-production team. You'll be editing conversational podcasts that range from 45 minutes to 1 hour, cutting between 3–4 camera angles. The work is straightforward but requires someone with good storytelling rhythm and attention to detail. Responsibilities: -Edit multi-camera podcast episodes (3–4 angles) -Sync and cut clean, engaging conversations -Create 30-second intro clips for each episode -Apply light color grading and light sound mixing (if skilled in these areas) -Export and deliver final files optimized for YouTube and social platforms Compensation: $200 per episode (This is the starting rate as we grow and scale, rates will increase.)
