Podcast Producer – Temp to Perm ($32/hour) Location: Studio City, CA (In-Person) Pay: $32/hour Position Type: Temporary with opportunity to become permanent We are looking for a Podcast Producer who can take ownership of a growing podcast and handle both the technical and publishing side of the show. This role is ideal for someone who already has podcast experience they can show us and is confident working independently. You should be fast, efficient, and organized, with strong editing skills and the ability to keep a podcast schedule running smoothly from edit to release to promotion. Responsibilities: - Edit full podcast episodes quickly and efficiently using Adobe Premiere Pro (must me fluent and comfortable) - Create engaging 30–60 second short clips for social media - Manage the podcast release schedule - Upload and publish episodes via Spotify for Creators - Write descriptions and ensure episodes are properly formatted - Create YouTube thumbnails - Post and manage social media content for each episode - Identify viral moments and turn them into short-form content - Organize and manage podcast media files and assets - Ultimately take over the production and management of the podcast Requirements: - Previous podcast production experience (please include examples) - Familiarity with YouTube and podcast growth strategies - Experience managing podcast social media accounts - Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro - Ability to edit quickly and efficiently - Understanding of short-form social media content - Comfortable managing uploads and distribution - Organized, self-motivated, and reliable - Ability to work in person in Studio City Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) - Graphic design experience (for thumbnails) To Apply Please include: - A short introduction - Links to podcasts or clips you have edited - Your editing software experience We are looking for someone who can take initiative and grow with the show.
