Looking for a Podcast Producer / YouTube Ops to run the end-to-end workflow of a new video podcast. Hybrid role: remote editing/publishing + occasional in-person coordination as needed (guest days, key recordings, on-site support). Responsibilities: Guest outreach + booking + calendar management Episode workflow management (checklists, deadlines, approvals) Create and deliver short clips (vertical 9:16) with captions Upload + schedule full episodes on YouTube Audio distribution via RSS to Spotify / Apple Podcasts Titles, descriptions, timestamps, basic SEO Basic weekly performance reporting (views, retention, clicks) Deliverables: Two full episodes per week (published on schedule) Short clips per episode (TikTok/Instagram/YouTube Shorts format) Reliable, consistent publishing across platforms Compensation: PAY — Hybrid (remote + occasional in-person). Compensation based on experience and deliverables. Can be structured as a weekly/monthly retainer or per-episode. Paid test project available (one episode) before ongoing work.
