Juntos Unidos Productions is looking for a producer to run fundraising for BROTHER IN LEASE, a single-camera Latino comedy pilot shooting in Los Angeles in late January 2027. WHERE THE PROJECT STANDS - The proof of concept won Best Pilot at Festival de Cine Autocine El Sur (Spain) and was an official selection at several other festivals. - A full draft of the pilot script is done. All four leads are cast. A director is attached. - Three-day shoot at a secured location. - See the show: brother-in-lease.netlify.app THE JOB You own the money side. The goal is $9,000 raised by December 31, 2026. The first $4,000 covers the shoot. The rest goes to paying the team and to post-production. - Build and run a crowdfunding campaign: platform, page, pitch video, perks, launch plan and updates - Work the creator's contact list with him: emails, personal asks, follow-ups - Pursue donations, local business sponsors and in-kind support (food, gear, wardrobe) - Track every donor and every dollar, and handle thank-yous and perks - Prep starts in October. The campaign launches in November and closes December 31. WHO WE WANT - You have run or worked on at least one crowdfunding campaign or fundraiser, and you can show the page and the amount raised - Organized, persistent, and comfortable asking people for money - Based in Los Angeles, with about 8 to 10 hours a week through December - Film experience is a plus. Students and recent grads with a real campaign behind them are welcome. THE DEAL This is an independent production and everyone on it, including the creator, is currently working for credit. There is no upfront pay. You receive: - Producer credit on the pilot - Performance pay tied to what the campaign raises, worth up to $1,400 if we reach the full $9,000 by December 31, 2026 - Exact terms are set in a written agreement before you start This job exists to get the whole team paid.
