JP DESIGN+PRINT is a fast-paced custom sign and large-format printing company serving the film, television, live events, and entertainment industries. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Production Artist / Sign Shop Production Associate to join our team. Responsibilities Operate laminators and apply overlaminates Weed and mask vinyl graphics Prepare and finish printed graphics Mount graphics to a variety of substrates Operate CNC equipment (training available for the right candidate) Package and prepare jobs for delivery and installation Maintain an organized, clean production area Assist with quality control and meet production deadlines Load and unload print materials and substrates Work with the production team to complete multiple projects each day Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a sign shop, print shop, or graphics production environment Familiarity with large-format printing and finishing Experience with vinyl application, laminating, and production finishing Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus Experience operating HP Latex printers is a major bonus Experience with CNC routers, flatbed cutters, or laser cutters is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
