This is on-call work, perfect for freelancers, creatives, or anyone passionate about production who wants to gain hands-on experience and be part of NYC's vibrant live event scene. Responsibilities Assist with event setups, strikes, and load-ins/outs for stages, truss, lighting, drape, and other equipment. Provide on-site support to production managers, stage leads, and clients. Handle and transport gear, tools, and materials safely and efficiently. Occasionally assist with warehouse preparation, deliveries, or pickups. Requirements Punctual, professional, and able to follow detailed instructions. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexible schedule — available for early mornings, evenings, or weekend shifts. Prior experience in any of the following is a plus: event production, staging, audio visual, film/TV sets, or live event logistics.
