HumanSignal is hiring production crew members for a paid, in-person AI research recording project at our studio in Hoboken, NJ, just outside NYC. We're producing realistic, unscripted household scenes in which performers interact with voice-based AI assistants. We're looking for creative, reliable, and hands-on professionals to help direct, coordinate, and record these sessions. We're hiring for three positions: 1. Director / Acting Coach — $30–$60/hour - Lead recording sessions and coach performers to create natural, believable interactions. - Direct actors through scripted and improvised scenes - Coach performers on dialogue, timing, and delivery - Lead rehearsals and provide real-time feedback - Coordinate with the production and technical teams Ideal background: Theater direction, improv, acting coaching, film production, or similar experience.
