We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and execute projects across feature film, short-form, multimedia, and IRL installations/events. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role for someone who understands both creative ambition and real-world logistics — and knows how to bring complex ideas into reality. This is a salary position with no fixed schedule. You must be LA-based, but comfortable traveling as needed, including extended stays in Austin, TX. Projects may span studio shoots, live environments, installations, pop-ups, and unconventional venues. About the Role: • Oversee production from prep through execution across film, digital, and live experiences. • Manage schedules, budgets, crews, vendors, locations, permits, and logistics. • Serve as a key operational bridge between creative vision and execution. • Work directly with the CEO/Director and creative leads to ensure projects stay on track. • Be present on set, on site, and in the field — this is not a desk-only role. Who You Are: • Experienced in film and/or multimedia production, with the ability to scale across formats. • Comfortable producing or managing multimedia projects, installations, or live/IRL events. • Highly organized, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented. • Able to adapt quickly when plans change — because they will. • Pragmatic, resourceful, and decisive. • Trusted with sensitive information and high-profile collaborators. The Ideal Fit: You are someone who: • Knows how to build and manage crews without ego. • Can troubleshoot in real time when things go sideways. • Understands that creative work often happens outside traditional production frameworks. • Is equally comfortable planning months ahead or solving problems on the fly. • Is not looking for a rigid 9–5 or a single-format career path. Why This Role Matters: You'll be a central force in a rapidly expanding media production operation working across narrative film, experimental media, and immersive real-world experiences. This role offers exposure to ambitious, unconventional projects -- and the opportunity to grow into senior production leadership as the company scales. If This is You, Apply Now Send us: • Your resume • A short note describing relevant production experience (film, short-form, multimedia, events, installations, etc.) • Your salary expectations
