Property Maintenance Specialist (Full-Time) Pay: $22–$25/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week Employment Type: Full-Time (Possible OT) Job Stability: Long-term opportunity We are looking for a motivated and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to support our rental properties. This role requires good communication skills, basic construction knowledge, and comfort using technology. Job Duties Drive to and inspect rental properties Conduct property walkthroughs once construction is completed Take photos and videos of property conditions Show properties and assess tenants professionally Change locks and re-key homes (basic handyman skills) Run errands related to property operations Pull permits when needed Coordinate and communicate through Slack Handle lockouts professionally when required Requirements Valid driver's license (company car provided) Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently Basic handyman or light construction experience preferred Comfortable using technology (Slack, phone, camera) Good communication skills MUST HAVE BASIC HANDY MAN SKILLS English required This position is ideal for someone who is bold, dependable, tech-savvy, and looking for steady, hands-on work in property maintenance
