This exciting entertainment industry networking event will bring together local, regional, and nationally recognized professionals, including executive producers, producers, filmmakers, writers, directors, crew members, actors, models, entertainers, media personalities, musicians, athletes, entrepreneurs, entertainment attorneys, photographers, fashion professionals, advertising executives, investors, and other industry creatives. The Hollywood Film & TV Mixer is designed for professionals and aspiring talent who want to build meaningful relationships, expand their network, and connect with people actively working in film, television, sports, media, and entertainment. Because this event is free for guests to attend, we are looking for reliable and professional team members to help support event operations, guest experience, red carpet flow, check-in, production, and overall event organization. Open positions include: Guest Check-In Table Representative: Pays $25hr Assist with greeting guests, checking attendees into the event, verifying registrations, and helping maintain a smooth arrival process. 360 Photo Booth Operator: Pays $25hr A fun and simple event role assisting guests with the 360 photo booth experience. The operator will help manage the booth area and operate the booth using a handheld remote. DJ: Open to negotiations We are always looking for DJs to perform at our events. DJs may receive competitive pay, promotional branding opportunities, YouTube livestream exposure, and additional visibility through our entertainment network. PR / Red Carpet Assistants: Pays $25hr Assist with guest flow, red carpet activity, media coordination, photo opportunities, and VIP support. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in publicity, entertainment events, media, and red carpet production. Assistant to Event Producer: Unpaid Internship This internship opportunity is ideal for someone interested in learning about event planning, sponsorships, venue procurement, entertainment networking, and live event production. You will gain firsthand experience working directly with the company founder. Setup and Decorations Volunteers Volunteers/Unpaid Assist with event setup, light décor, signage, production support, guest areas, and overall event presentation. This event is open to the public and free to attend.
