Resident Creative — Photography & Video Atlanta
Jobs
Posted by icrewzbot
We are a monthly indie music showcase in Metro Atlanta. Every artist who performs with us gets professional photos, an edited performance video clip, and a social media feature — at no cost to them. That promise lives or dies based on this role. We are looking for a photographer and/or videographer to join our Resident Creative team. This is a deferred-pay engagement — you are compensated through content, credit, and access, with cash pay beginning in Month 3. If you are building your portfolio in the live music and events space and want consistent work with a platform that is growing, this is your opportunity. WHAT YOU'LL DO ■ Photograph every show: artist performance shots, audience energy, green room moments, and behind the scenes ■ Shoot and edit a 2–3 minute highlight video clip for each show ■ Deliver edited photos to each performing artist within 48 hours ■ Deliver the edited video clip within 5 business days of each show ■ Hand off BTS and ambient content to the Social Media Manager within 24 hours of each show ■ Maintain a consistent visual style across all show coverage (dramatic, energy-forward, professional quality) WHAT YOU GET ■ Official title: Resident Photographer / Resident Videographer — credited on all platform materials ■ Portfolio content from every show ■ Instagram credit and tag on every post that uses your work ■ Feature listing on our platform website: bio, portfolio link, and contact info ■ Stage-side access at every show ■ Full Artist Collective membership — access to every artist, sponsor, and creative in our network ■ First right of refusal for ALL paid photography and videography contracts at our upcoming music festival ■ Cash pay beginning Month 3 YOU ARE A FIT IF... ■ You have experience shooting live events, concerts, or performance spaces and have a portfolio to prove it ■ You own your own camera equipment and are comfortable working in low-light environments ■ You can meet a 48-hour photo delivery and 5-business-day video delivery deadline consistently ■ You treat this as a professional engagement, not a favor, and expect the same in return ■ The portfolio, the credit, and the festival pipeline matter more to you right now than a one-time cash gig HOW TO APPLY Send all of the following: your resume, a brief intro about yourself, a link to any relevant work, portfolio, or social media profiles. Applications without a resume will not be considered. We review every submission and will follow up within 5 business days. We are an equal opportunity platform. We celebrate diversity in all forms and are committed to building a team that reflects the Atlanta community we serve.
