The PG2-R Pistol Grip Shockmount from RØDE is designed to reduce handling noise when recording with a shotgun microphone in handheld or boompole-mounted applications. It is equipped with dual Rycote Lyre mounts that ensure maximum isolation from handling vibrations. Featuring four possible mounting points for a complete range of compatible Rode microphones, the shockmount has a lightweight handle, which has a cushioned grip that houses multiple cable mounting points. The PG2-R Pro Cable from RODE is designed for use with the PG2-R Pistol Grip and SM-series shockmounts. It features Neutrik and Switchcraft XLR connectors and has an integrated strain-relief junction box. The cable length is 17". With a dedicated space for the PG2-R Pro Cable XLR connector (included), a heavy-duty locking nut on the side for the handle ensures smooth adjustment of your microphone angle. In addition, 3/8"-16 threads at the base of the handle provides a secure connection to boompoles and microphone stands. Un-used (I use NTG5 on camera body), in excellent condition. Fits most any RØDE and other shotgun mic. Both retail together for $185.00.
