Hi! We're shooting a short film and are looking to RENT a 1970s or 1980s car or truck for a few hours. The more old / rusty / shabby it looks, the better! Think vintage, run-down, character vehicle. Important: We will be driving the vehicle on camera, so we are specifically looking for an automatic, working, drivable, and safe car or truck. Details: • Date: Saturday, December 13 • Time: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM (about 3 hours) • Location: Manhattan Beach / Redondo Beach area • Pay: $200 (cash or Venmo/Zelle – your choice) What we need: • A 1970s or 1980s automatic car or truck • Vehicle must be running, drivable, and safe for simple, low-speed driving shots • Owner to be present with the vehicle during filming • We will NOT do any stunts or anything risky with the car – just simple driving/parking shots. We will treat your vehicle with care and respect. About us: We're an independent short film production with a small, respectful crew. We've shot in the South Bay before and are very mindful of people's property and time.
