A growing Southern California creative strategy and content company is building a carefully selected network of freelance and white-label specialists for upcoming paid client projects. Our clients may include physicians, professional-service businesses, authors, educators, speakers and subject-matter experts seeking stronger positioning, content, visibility and public authority. We are currently interested in connecting with specialists in: • Brand strategy and visual identity • Logo and identity design • Graphic design and branded templates • Presentation and pitch-deck design • Website and marketing copywriting • Video and social media copywriting • Interview and content research • Fact-checking and editorial support • Social media strategy and management • Social publishing and content repurposing • YouTube strategy and channel management • Thumbnail and cover design • Public relations and media outreach • Podcast research, pitching and guest booking • Email newsletter writing and audience development • Author, speaker and thought-leadership positioning This is not a search for one person who claims to perform every function. We want to identify specialists who can demonstrate excellent work in one or more clearly defined areas. Most work can be performed remotely. Los Angeles-area availability is helpful but not required unless a project involves an in-person meeting or production. We are looking for professionals who: • Have a strong, relevant portfolio • Communicate clearly and meet commitments • Understand professional and expert-led brands • Can work within an established strategy and creative direction • Are comfortable providing white-label or subcontracted services • Can receive feedback without becoming defensive • Are interested in project-based work that may develop into recurring assignments This is paid work. We do not request unpaid speculative assignments. This is not commission-only work, equity compensation, full-time employment or a request for a business partner. TO APPLY Please reply through Craigslist with: 1. The service category or categories for which you are applying 2. Your location and whether you work remotely 3. Links to highly relevant work samples 4. A brief explanation of exactly what you personally contributed to each sample 5. Your typical rates, packages or minimum engagement 6. Your current availability 7. Your normal turnaround time 8. Your experience working as a subcontractor or white-label provider 9. Two professional references or examples of recurring client relationships 10. A brief description of the types of clients and projects for which you do your best work ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS BY SPECIALTY Public relations applicants should include examples of media placements they personally helped secure, the outlet involved and their precise role in developing the angle, pitching and follow-up. Podcast-booking applicants should include examples of relevant shows they personally booked, the type of guest represented and whether they handled research, pitching, follow-up and guest preparation. Social media applicants should specify which services they actually provide, such as strategy, publishing, writing, editing, community management, analytics, YouTube management or paid media. Brand and design applicants should distinguish between work they created personally and work produced by a larger agency or team. Copywriting applicants should provide published or client-approved samples that demonstrate an ability to understand a subject deeply—not merely produce generic promotional language. Please do not send a generic résumé without work samples. Applicants who claim expertise in every listed category without category-specific proof will not be prioritized. Qualified applicants may be invited to complete a small, fairly compensated test assignment before being considered for larger or recurring projects. Any requested test assignment will be narrowly scoped and compensated at an agreed flat fee before work begins. Compensation, scope, deliverables and deadlines will be agreed upon in writing before each assignment. No work will be requested without an approved rate or project fee.
