Hello! I am seeking a homeowner, contractor or foreman who would be willing to rent us out their construction site for 4 consecutive days or two weekends in February. We are cast and crew of 10. We have a budget, certificate of insurance and can sign waivers to ensure safety and negate any liability. Very flexible as to the construction site. Would love to shoot in Altadena. Very collaborative crew. It's a film about a construction crew with a mole who has been scrapping copper from their work site. You can see my past narrative works at PhilipSteiger.com
