We are an independent film team producing a low‑budget narrative short and are looking for a house location in Brooklyn/Queens/Staten Island or within 1 hour of NYC (New Jersey and Long Island will be considered). The shoot will be 1–3 days between April 28 and May 2, with a small crew of about 12–18 people. This is a paid location rental. What we're looking for: • Option A: An older, lived-in house with: - A modest kitchen with a window - A bedroom with dark-colored walls, wallpaper, or wood paneling • Option B: A newer / suburban‑feeling house with: - A spacious, modern bedroom - A large living room A home that has both "older" and "newer" feeling areas would be ideal.
