LGBTQIA friendly is a must! Seeking indie comedy live event producers. We mostly focus on queer content, though we welcome allies and have room for some general non-queer related content too. Many of the live events will be professionally recorded and some will turn into media projects (specials, podcasts, short films, etc). If you are into digital media, we have openings for producing that content too, though the payment structure would be different. Payment for live events will be commission based on ticket sales. Typically 50% of sales. We are both a comedy production company AND a new bar venue with a soundstage in Bushwick, opening in May (separate LLC's). You must be able to travel in person to the Brooklyn area for events. Time commitment is as much as you want to put in - you could take on one show a month or one a week or more. Total flexibility.
