Seeking a reliable, organized, and discreet Part-Time Personal Assistant to support a HNW Executive who splits time between NY and LA primarily, with homes in Brentwood and Marina Del Rey. Assistant needs to have a little bit of personality and be willing to assist with daily tasks, practical errands, booking travel, placing phone calls, and generally being able to anticipate the principal's needs and spend time learning them each day. This role is majority in-person and best suited for someone who thrives in an upper echelon type setting. Candidates should be energetic, outgoing, ambitious, and task-focused. Preference is someone with experience and comfort working with luxury clients. The ideal candidate is bright, put together, and detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs effectively while maintaining a level of sophistication and discretion. Candidates are to provide resume or portfolio to provide us an idea of who you are, what you are able to do, and your level of fit for this type of role. This posting is also being published on other platforms, so we expect there to be many applicants, whatever you can tell us about yourself and what you are able to bring to the table, the better. Because of the nature of the role headshots are encouraged and can be included with resumes. Also provide availability and ability to begin work as well as when you are available to interview in the coming weeks. We will be selecting two to three candidates for hire, and a few more than that for interviews in-person in Beverly Hills or on Zoom. Good luck!!
