Ever wish you could work somewhere that actually lets you be creative? I did, so I started a firm. Hi. We work with businesses, artists, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, community organizations—pretty much anyone who wants more than cookie-cutter services. Right now, I need people who are ready to jump in immediately, help us land clients, and make amazing work. There are two main lanes (plus room for admin help): Lane One: Bring in the clients. If you can talk to people without sounding like a used car salesperson... If you're the friend who's always networking... If rejection doesn't ruin your day... I need you on my team. You'll introduce potential clients to services like branding, websites, promotional design, photography, videography, social media, AI content polishing, artist development, creative consulting, and a growing catalog of creative packages. You don't have to know everything on Day 1. You just have to learn fast, be trustworthy, reliable, and authentic. Lane Two: Help create the magic. Can you design? Build websites? Shoot/Edit videos? Write copy? Create social content? Take great photos? Know industry tools? Awesome. As projects come in, I'd love to spend more time directing the vision than doing every single task myself. If you're talented enough to own parts of the creative process, I want to hear about it. Who fits here? People who learn quickly, work well under time constraints, and actually enjoy helping people. You need to be comfortable working with an awkward, silly, neurodivergent founder trying to build a safe haven for creatives who want to explore and grow, but also have bills. No starving artists. The Pay: Sales: Commission on every client paid project. Paid weekly. Creative work: Hourly. Paid weekly. Admin support: Hourly. Paid weekly. If you can do some combination of selling, creating, and admin? Perfect. You'll earn commission for the clients you bring in plus hourly pay for the creative work or administrative tasks you complete. One thing... This isn't one of those "we'll call you in six weeks" situations. I need people who can start today or very soon.
