// SIGMA 40mm F/1.4 DG HSM ART LENS (for Canon EF mount) Unlike Sigma's other Art lenses, this (now rare) lens was first designed for the cinema line, then later adapted to photography. So the optical quality meets that of the cinema line! Its visual quality shows in photography and video since it has been made to resolve 8K footage. This lens was made in 2018, the glass is in perfect condition. Overall the lens looks almost new. The body has only very faint signs of use that are hard to see, just being specific. Also posted this lens on eBay, yet selling it for less here. You can find it through the photo watermark "Future-Archive" and check out my other listings there. ☝️ See YouTuber: Brandon Talbot's recent video talking about lenses he'll use with the Nikon ZR, this Sigma 40mm F1.4 Art is one of them. Honestly as I write this description, I'm having a hard time letting it go, but I bought a cinema camera kit and have to build that kit. **Am selling this on eBay as well. Search for Future-Archive and see my long standing 100% rating and other kit I'm selling. As Craigslist strongly recommends: only trading in person and in cash (might consider Zelle). ----------- // AMAZING DETAILS FROM SIGMA'S WEBSITE: Developed to meet cine lens performance standards Consistent optical quality over the entire sensor Distortion of merely 1% or below Soft, beautiful bokeh in the out of focus areas -- Dust and splash resistant structure Water and oil-repellent front coating Hyper Sonic Motor (HSM) for silent, fast autofocus Super Multi-Layer Coating reduces flare and ghosting Exclusive low-dispersion glass Rounded 9-blade diaphragm
