Comedy branded content shoot needs a male actor, 60s-70s, to play a foul-mouthed, no-nonsense grumpy old neighbor. Think angry homeowner yelling at trespassers — big energy, sharp comedic timing, comfortable improvising and swearing on camera. THE ROLE You're the "get off my property" guy. Two short skits, same character: you catch a film crew on your property, you're not having it, and you tell them exactly what you think. Scripted lines provided, but we want someone who can riff and land the anger/comedy naturally — not read flat.
