Looking for an assistant who lives and breathes social media to help scale both my business and personal brand. I run a multi-million-dollar luxury fashion e-commerce business and livestream, as well as growing a personal brand for platforms like TikTok and IG. Interest in luxury fashion and travel is a plus. Must be comfortable around and not judgmental about wealth. You'll handle operational tasks (photography, video, posting, shipping, livestream support) and collaborate on creative strategy for personal and brand content. Moderate travel is involved (i.e. last month's trips were NYC and Aspen. Current month planned outings are a Super Bowl party in a $6 million mansion here in Hollywood hills this weekend, and St. Moritz Switzerland for 2/22 White Turf and ski content. Professional conduct is essential in celebrity and high-net-worth contexts. This role requires someone who is punctual, proactive, and ambitious, eager to learn, and capable of enforcing standards across other team members. My ideal assistant wants to grow into a managerial role, helping me scale efficiently while maintaining quality and creativity. Pay: $30/hr in Beverly Hills base. If you are able to become managerial and help me run the e-commerce livestream portion without oversight and manage other employees you will be promoted to manager instead of assistant and pay will be $50/hour. Potential pay increases above $50/hour will be negotiated on a 6 month basis based on your output, growth trajectory and profit produced. Most of your work environment will be in my house where I work from home. You must have a car for shipping packages to the post office, and you must be comfortable signing an NDA and keeping things private and not post flex content of our inventory or parties or trips in real time that invades my privacy or cause safety concerns on your social media. This is a highly secured environment due to past incidents of theft, you must be comfortable working with 3 different camera system installed in this house filming at all time and phones and handbags are not allowed in working premises and must be left in your car for privacy concerns and theft concerns. I'm open to part time and full-time schedules, there will be a paid 2 hour trial 1 work day/in person interview to start. And then part time for the first 3 weeks so training is spread out and doesn't affect the rest of my intense work schedule. After a 3 week period of seeing if we are a good fit, additional hours and days can be added up to 40 hours a week. I am vetting for someone who matches my work ethic and growth trajectory and can be a long term employee.
