Our flagship series, Made For You, runs as a themed season in which every event ends with attendees making something for each other or together. Our mission is to help people connect beyond the surface and find their people sooner. Role Description: This is a part-time, on-site role (1-2 times a week) based in New York, NY, working alongside the founder at our office (Fabrik Dumbo/Tribeca). The Content Producer shoots and edits short-form video for BeHeld, a connection-focused events brand, and proposes content and campaign strategies, like how to sequence content around a launch or make the most of a moment that unexpectedly takes off. Day to day, this includes capturing behind-the-scenes and day-in-the-life content, editing some videos yourself and directing other editors on the rest, pitching specific content ideas, and helping content hit our growth goals. This role proposes strategy for how content rolls out and performs. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in content production, growth marketing, or creator marketing Hands-on video production skills: filming and editing short-form content for platforms like TikTok and Reels Ability to spot a trend and adapt it to a brand's voice, rather than copying it as-is Comfortable pitching specific, visual content ideas and content/campaign strategies without being asked Able to edit some content yourself and clearly direct other editors on the rest Comfortable being on camera or narrating sometimes (preferred, not required) Organized enough to keep a content calendar and adjust it fast when plans change Comfortable executing someone else's creative vision rather than building your own Website: https://beheld.love
