Sponsorship & Partnerships Coordinator – Film Festival (1-Year Contract) Dec 2025 – Dec 2026 | Remote | Part-Time (20 hrs/week) We are an independent, limited-budget film festival looking for a motivated person to help us secure sponsors, partners, and community support for the 2026 festival season. This is a great opportunity for someone with sales, marketing, partnerships, or fundraising experience — or someone eager to grow in the film/event world. Responsibilities Research and contact potential sponsors + local businesses Pitch sponsorship packages (email, phone, LinkedIn) Manage outreach lists and follow-ups Customize proposals (templates provided) Negotiate deliverables and help finalize agreements Keep in touch with sponsors and provide updates Work with volunteers and community partners as needed
