About the Role We are a professional creative production studio seeking a Studio Booking Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and studio rentals. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment. The Studio Booking Coordinator plays a critical role in managing bookings, qualifying clients, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a smooth experience from initial inquiry through confirmation. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to studio rental inquiries (email, phone, web, and social platforms) Qualify client needs (type of production, dates, duration, staffing, equipment, and services) Manage the studio booking calendar and avoid scheduling conflicts Prepare and send booking confirmations, agreements, and invoices Collect required documentation, deposits, and payments prior to bookings Communicate studio policies, rules, and usage guidelines clearly to clients Coordinate with studio management, production staff, and vendors as needed Maintain accurate records of bookings, client information, and payments Assist with walk-throughs and client orientation.
