Agatelia is hiring a Video Producer for the video_producer path. This outcome-driven role focuses on consistent execution, clear communication, and measurable impact on production and delivery. Studio or delivery context: You will work in a studio environment and be responsible for reliable capture, efficient setups, and organized media handoff to editorial storage to maintain schedule and studio throughput. What you'll do: - Deliver capture reliability: Ensure planned primary takes are recorded and free of technical capture failures to avoid re-shoots and protect schedules. - Deliver audio–video sync integrity: Coordinate with the Sound Engineer and validate sync before handoff so editors receive sync-ready media. - Deliver setup efficiency: Achieve repeatable camera-ready setups within target times to maintain schedule and studio throughput. - Deliver media organization & handoff: Ingest, label, organize, and deliver footage to editorial storage in agreed formats and windows to enable timely editorial work. - Deliver framing & lighting conformance: Produce shots that meet the shot list, framing, and exposure standards for each production. Requirements: - Proven experience executing studio or on-set video production tasks consistent with the responsibilities above. - Practical experience coordinating with sound personnel and validating audio–video sync. - Demonstrated ability to set up cameras and lighting to meet shot objectives within production time constraints. - Experience ingesting, labeling, and handing off media to editorial workflows. - Clear communication and an outcome-focused approach to meeting production targets.
