I am a boxer and music artist seeking a reliable and creative individual to assist with recording content for boxing videos, music videos, and short-form content (Reels/Shorts). I am building a growing brand and am looking for someone who is interested in being part of a developing creative team rather than a one-time project. Important Note: I currently have a videographer handling all editing. This role is strictly for filming and capturing content, including boxing content and music videos. No editing is required. The position involves consistently holding the camera and recording during training, performances, music video shoots, and creative sessions. Ideal Candidate: Reliable, consistent, and professional Loyal and team-oriented Genuinely interested in my music, brand, and vision Strong sense of angles, framing, and visual storytelling Comfortable filming consistently for extended periods Able to create strong content using minimal equipment Preferably someone early in their career and looking to build experience and a portfolio Much of the content will be recorded using my phone, so extensive equipment is not required. Creativity, awareness, and the ability to capture moments effectively are essential. Compensation & Growth: Compensation will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. Please be aware that pay will be limited at the beginning, as this brand is still in its early stages. However, the long-term goal is to establish clear milestones so that as the brand grows, compensation increases. Pay will improve over time for those who remain consistent, loyal, and committed to the team. I strongly believe in the direction of this brand and in the long-term potential of what is being built. This is an opportunity to grow alongside a developing business rather than participate in short-term work.
