We are an independent music label looking for a creative, reliable, and fashion-aware videographer to join our team for ongoing content. This is perfect for someone who loves the underground scene, moves fast, and can create high-energy visuals that hit on TikTok and IG Reels. We need someone who can capture: Fast-paced TikTok / Reels content Music videos for underground rappers Studio sessions + live performances BTS footage Mini-documentary style moments Stream content (for Twitch if needed) Must have: Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut) Creative eye + understanding of current trends Chill personality, focused mindset Fashion awareness + ability to shoot high-end streetwear aesthetics Reliability, trustworthiness, and good communication Equipment: We are open to whatever you already shoot with (Sony, Canon, iPhone rigs, etc.). If there's gear we need for certain shoots, the label can purchase or cover it. Schedule: Flexible availability is required. Shoots may happen on weekdays, weekends, nights, short notice, etc. Location: Primarily NYC (all boroughs). Occasional out-of-state travel for specific projects. Pay: Paid per project by the label.
