We're looking for a skilled Videographer who can operate confidently in fast-paced environments. This role requires someone who can capture high-quality video and audio on the fly, while also being comfortable in more structured setups like interviews and branded content. Editing skills are a plus, but the primary focus is on strong shooting and field production ability. Responsibilities • Capture high-quality video in run-and-gun environments (events, red carpets, BTS, etc.) • Set up and shoot interviews and media content • Record clean, professional audio using mixers, lavaliers, and boom mics • Light basic interview setups (key/fill/backlight or practical lighting) • Manage media, organize footage, and deliver files properly • Work independently or with a small crew in fast-paced settings Requirements • Proven experience as a videographer (portfolio required) • Strong run-and-gun shooting ability • Experience capturing clean audio in the field using mixers • Basic understanding of lighting for interviews and content production • Ability to adapt quickly in unpredictable environments • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally • Strong communication and professionalism on-site Preferred (Not Required) • Video editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) • Experience with event coverage, red carpet, or live production • Familiarity with Sony, Canon, or Blackmagic camera systems • Experience with gimbals, wireless audio systems, and lighting kits What We're Looking For • Someone who can handle shoots independently without hand-holding • Strong attention to detail (especially audio and framing) • Professional, reliable, and easy to work with • Comfortable working in fast-paced, real-world environments How to Apply: Please submit: • Portfolio or demo reel (required) • Resume or relevant experience • Gear list (if applicable) • Availability
