I'll have the beat points and characters laid out. This story is the one that is near/dear to me. This means I have a clear vision as to what I want and writing parameters are already in place. I want someone that can get the script to 96-115 pages. I will want to have some in person meetings, phone calls, texts etc. There will be a contract to sign before work begins. The basic "sign your life away" statements where you're a writer for hire and do not own any of the project whatsoever. Payment will be 50% on day 1 and 50% upon completion.
