Yashica Twin-Lens Reflex Camera Mat 124 Clean and in good condition. I've only owned it and haven't used it, but I think it will work well. $430 cash only. The Yashica Mat is a popular and iconic medium-format twin-lens reflex (TLR) camera, known for its simplicity and image quality. It was produced from 1958 to 1973, with later models like the Yashica Mat 124G also being popular. Key features of the Yashica Mat: Twin-Lens Reflex Design: The camera features two lenses, one for viewing and focusing, and another for taking the actual photograph. Medium Format: It uses 120 roll film, resulting in square 6x6 cm images. Yashinon Lens: The Yashica Mat is known for its sharp and reliable Yashinon lens. Simple and Manual Operation: The camera is mechanical and requires manual adjustments for shutter speed and aperture. No Mirror Shutter Shock: Unlike SLR cameras, TLR cameras don't have a moving mirror, minimizing vibration and potential image blur. Waist-Level Viewfinder: The user looks down at the focusing screen to compose the shot, which can be an advantage in some situations.
