Zenza Bronica Zenzanon 250mm f/5.6 is a manual-focus prime telephoto lens designed for the Bronica ETR series (ETR, ETRS, and ETRSi) 6x4.5cm medium-format film camera system. The 250mm focal length on a 6cm x 4.5cm negative is roughly equivalent to a 145mm focal length lens on a 35mm negative. The lens delivers a narrow field of view well-suited to isolating subjects at a distance, ideal for portrait work, nature, and detail-focused shooting on medium format. Optical construction consists of 6 elements in 6 groups, the lens is praised for its sharpness, good contrast, and excellent build quality. Cosmetically in wonderful condition, with practically no signs of use. Focusing action is smooth and fluid; there is no oil on the aperture blades, no haze or scratches on the optics. Automatic aperture mechanism operates correctly; diaphragm blades are clean and snappy. Focusing mount has no dents or dings; filter mount has no dents and accepts filters effortlessly. PLEASE NOTE: I do not own an ETR series body anymore, thus cannot check the shutter function.
