The Church of the Intercession has served as the venue for many film, television, and photo shoots. Some of them have been series such as 666 Park Avenue, Law and Order, Law and Order SVU, and Damages. We welcome scouts to explore our many spaces for possible film and photography shoots.

The Church is written, that renowned architect Bertram Grosvenor Goodhue, “touched nothing he did not beautify,” which easily describes the interior of this Gothic revival structure. This building is considered Goodhue’s masterpiece and he selected this site to be his final resting place. In total the principal divisions of the church total 12,413 sq. ft. With its moveable seats this space can be transformed into a myriad of settings.

Also, we have available spaces like gymnasium or banquet room is 3, 678 sq. ft and located on the 2nd floor of the parish hall. Crypt Chapel which is the undercroft of the church, this beautiful Gothic sanctuary measure 2, 352 sq. ft. and is a favorite spot for photographers and film crews alike. Common room located on the first floor of the parish hall; measuring 1,552 sq. ft. Recreational Room a.k.a The Billiard Room: Situated in the basement of the parish hall is a multi-purpose room which is approximately 1,350 sq. ft with a full kitchen and a full toilet and Guild room which has its own original charm and character with beautiful hardwood floors (if needed dividers can be lowered to section off portions of this space) the room measures 860 sq. ft.

Closest subways are the "1" at 157 St. station or the "C" at 155th St. station.
